It reflects how you feel at the moment. You can definitely see this in teenager’s music tastes, how they shift to the extremes!

That being said, what does it mean to revisit old songs? If you are revising songs, does that mean you are feeling the same way as when you did love those tracks? It might be easy to analyze for some but it is quite a good thought for the day

What is good for real estate investments during these bad economic times? Today, the Canadian house market hit it’s lowest in years… so it must worry many real estate investors about if they should get rid of their property now before it lowers, or if the price will come back up.

For those who want the challenge of starting real estate investment during this time, they should consider what is happening to the economy and the world demographic. First of all, the market that will be growing is going to be for condos. This is because a majority of the popular (under the baby boomers) are going to be aging and retiring, which means they will want to move into small housing such as condos. Next, don’t forget energy bills and maintenance bills of houses are going up and having a condo would save them much on this. The market seems like it is going t be geared towards condos.

It’s winter time, which means it is more important to be healthier now because there are many germs and viruses floating around! Don’t forget it’s so easy to get a cold now-a-days. This is of course the obvious. There is actually another health aspect that you should look out for: your mood.

Your mood is effected by the winter (more so in others sometimes not to much for other people), but there is a good reason that links to our health and mood. Because there is less sun in the winter, people feel that they are not as happy. People might think it’s because it doesn’t look so happy outside (which is partially true) but when looking at the scientific aspect as to why you are unhappy, it is due to the lack of Vitamin D. Yes, we get plenty of that when the sun is out, but when the sun does not come out during the day, we are deficient in it, which effects our mood! So drink plenty of milk in the winter!

The recession is hurting many people, especially those who have had job cuts due to companies losing major profits. I would say, it doesn’t look too bright at the moment… unless something dramatic happens. Even the Canadian currency being lowered effects our economy.

People who are fearing every aspect about the recession are cutting down on spending.. which also slows down the economy. What markets will survive in such an economic crisis? It’s odd.. but apparently Google has not really been majorly impacted by the recession! It makes you think where the economic future is going to lead towards.

Blog spam is very annoying. If you might notice, your blog will be hit by various spam from either blog that is stealing your content or just jibberish posts filled with keywords and links. There are people in the internet who are trying to run up their link count by spamming blog comments because of the ability to leave comments and text links with blogs for free. If you are annoyed by this, you can either close your blog comments or add in some security system to lower the amount of spam that you are getting to your blog.

I find that seeing my favorite band or artist live makes it more energetic, especially when they perform in their own unique way. Most bands that I have seen so far at least makes some sort of improvisation to the song so that it isn’t 100% played off their track, they might change a note here and there. I also love it when artists speak to the audience or tell them about stories/jokes, it makes it more fun that way.

Is this true or false? I don’t know how reliable of a source facebook could be so this could simply be a rumor. If they do charge for receiving text messages, that is going to be a problem with those who receive text spams because they will need to pay for it! Which in my opinion - is very unfair.
